This self-paced course equips educators and administrators with strategies to effectively reach and engage diverse adult learner populations. Participants will identify common outreach challenges and misconceptions, recognize best practices for engaging underserved communities, and learn how to incorporate cultural responsiveness into their marketing efforts. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, attendees will analyze their current strategies to uncover gaps and implement improvements tailored to their programs.

By the end of this course. trainees should be able to:
- Identify common challenges and misconceptions in engaging adult learners.
- Recognize best practices for effectively engaging diverse adult learner populations.
- Explain the importance of cultural responsiveness in crafting inclusive marketing materials, and
- Analyze your current outreach strategies to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
